At LIAT, we are happy to welcome students from all backgrounds to enroll in our programs. We understand the importance of facilitating the integration of our international students into the Congolese community and Pointe-Noire in particular. An Orientation Day is organised at the beginning of each semester for new students.

The schedule of the Orientation Day includes all the activities, resources, and services offered to guide students newly admitted at LIAT. It’s an opportunity to take part in various welcome and integration activities designed to help you adapt to your new study environment and forge friendships with your new colleagues.

Pointe-Noire, the economic capital of Congo,  is a very dynamic city, renowned for its quality of life, rich cultural heritage and diverse population. Pointe-Noire attracts a wealth of exceptional talents in a number of key economic sectors: digital, cybersecurity, telecommunications, eco-industries, Oil & Gas, transport and logistics, banking and finance, cultural and creative industries, etc.

Guidance and Help:

We offer a welcoming service for international students, including:

  • Support for registration and administrative formalities
  • Orientation in the city to familiarize with the new environment
  • Organization of social and cultural events to create bonds with peers.

Additionally, to facilitate the settlement of our international students in Pointe-Noire, LIAT provides fully equipped apartments (a bed, a mattress, a desk, a wardrobe, a fan, etc.) through our partners. This secure accommodation aims to provide students a comfortable environment conducive to focusing on their studies.

AEL is also responsible for the program that pairs international students with current students. This way, you can benefit from support upon your arrival at LIAT and explore the city of Pointe-Noire in good company.

LIAT celebrates Pan-African diversity with students from various nationalities. This cultural variety creates a dynamic learning environment, where each student brings a unique perspective to the LIAT community.
